ABOUT LINDA GARNER

I am proud to live in the beautiful region of Whangārei, Tai Tokerau, New Zealand, Aotearoa.

 

My art is influenced by the natural beauty I find every day in the world around me. I love to create vibrant, joyful contemporary works that can adorn any space.

 

I’m inspired by my cultural backbone of Zululand, South Africa, the beauty of the native flora and fauna of my home, Te Tai Tokerau, Aotearoa, as well as the teachings from my current study towards a Bachelor of Māori Art.

 

With each artwork, I bring a wealth of experience. I have a degree in Fine Art from Stellenbosch University and I have been a local graphic designer for many years. This attention to detail can be seen in every one of my artworks.
